We are Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc., a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) trust that invests in the long-term healthcare industry, primarily in skilled nursing facility (SNF) and assisted living facilities. Our portfolio of assets is operated by a diverse group of healthcare companies, predominantly in a triple-net lease structure. The assets span all regions within the US, as well as in the UK.
Our goal is to provide strong returns to our investors while serving as the preferred capital partner to our operators so they can concentrate on providing a high level of care for their residents.
