Our criteria for finding the right investment

Property type

Primarily skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and behavioral facilities. 

Lease term

Typically, 10 years with additional extensions available to the operator.

Financing structure

Sale-leaseback, acquisition and lease, mortgages, mezzanine loans, joint ventures, and/or preferred equity.

Development financing

Capital provider for expansions, renovations, or new senior care developments.
