Omega Announces Proposed Underwritten Public Offering of Senior Notes

HUNT VALLEY, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE: OHI) (“Omega”) today announced that it intends to offer for sale in an underwritten public offering senior notes in an aggregate principal amount to be determined (the “Notes”). Omega intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility. The remainder, if any, will be used for general corporate purposes, including future acquisitions. The Notes will be senior unsecured obligations of Omega guaranteed by Omega’s existing and future subsidiaries (including OHI Healthcare Properties Limited Partnership) that guarantee indebtedness for money borrowed of Omega.

J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch and Credit Agricole CIB will act as joint bookrunning managers for the offering of the Notes.
