Omega Announces Annual Meeting Date

HUNT VALLEY, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE:OHI) announced today that its 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Friday, July 17, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. local time, at the Company’s corporate office located at 200 International Circle, Suite 3500, Hunt Valley, Maryland 21030. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 15, 2015 will be entitled to receive notice of and to participate at the 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
