HUNT VALLEY, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE:OHI) today announced that it is scheduled to release its earnings results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017, on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, after market close. In conjunction with its release, Omega will be conducting a conference call on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 10 a.m. Eastern Time to review its 2017 first quarter results and current developments.

Annual Meeting

The Company also announced today that its 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Thursday, June 8, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. local time, at the Company’s corporate office located at 303 International Circle, Suite 200, Hunt Valley, Maryland 21030. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 17, 2017 will be entitled to receive notice of and to participate at the 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
