Omega Healthcare Investors Announces Redemption of Its Outstanding 5.875% Senior Notes Due 2024

HUNT VALLEY, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE:OHI) announced today that it will redeem all of the outstanding $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 5.875% Senior Notes due 2024, CUSIP No. 681936AZ3, on April 28, 2017 and has mailed an irrevocable notice of redemption for the notes. Pursuant to the terms of the indenture governing the notes, Omega will redeem the outstanding notes at a redemption price of 102.938% of their principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but not including, the redemption date.

On March 29, 2017, a copy of the irrevocable notice of redemption with respect to the outstanding notes was mailed to record holders of the notes by U.S. Bank National Association, Corporate Trust Services, 111 Fillmore Avenue E., St. Paul, MN 55107, as trustee under the indenture governing the notes.
